Discover the Power of Music

I am a music therapist, Suzuki violin teacher, violinist, and researcher. In my work, I integrate these areas of expertise to create an evidence-based educational and music therapy approach that supports the development of both children and adults.

Through structured musical activities, participants develop not only musical skills but also creativity, divergent thinking, social abilities, and communication skills.
My practice is informed by the latest discoveries in neurobiology, which is particularly valuable when working with individuals with neurodivergent traits.

At Integrum – The Silesian Institute of Psychotherapy, I design sessions that combine listening, singing, movement, and playing the violin as well as other musical instruments. Sessions are carefully adapted to the individual needs of each participant and take place in sensory-friendly, supportive environments. My goal is to create meaningful musical experiences that foster both personal growth and joyful engagement.

Who Can Benefit

Music therapy can be especially supportive for:

  • Children with delayed speech development

  • Children and adults with emotional or behavioural challenges

  • Individuals experiencing difficulties in social interaction

  • Neurodivergent individuals, including those on the autism spectrum

Music provides a natural medium for emotional expression and supports social, emotional, and communicative development.

Session Format

Individual sessions

  • 45 minutes with the participant

  • 10 minutes with the parent (for child participants)

Group sessions

  • 30 minutes

Each session is designed to support musical development while fostering creativity, emotional expression, and confidence through playing the violin and other instruments.
